Animaccord, the rights holder of the globally popular Masha and the Bear franchise, has partnered with LG to launch a dedicated Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST) channel across Spanish-speaking Latin America. Available on LG Smart TVs, the 24/7 channel offers nonstop access to the full library of Masha and the Bear content —including the main series, spin-offs, and specials—fully localized in Spanish for regional audiences.
This new initiative strengthens Masha and the Bear's media presence in Latin America, enabling families to easily enjoy the show on LG’s Smart TV platform.
“We are excited to expand Masha and the Bear's media reach with LG, bringing our beloved show to even more households in Latin America,” said Arthur Dzhussoev, Director of AVOD Distribution. “This partnership is an important step in ensuring we stay connected to our loyal audience and continue delivering engaging, high-quality entertainment to families across the region.”
Masha and the Bear has achieved remarkable global success, amassing nearly 200 billion views on YouTube and earning 72 YouTube Creator Awards, including 9 YouTube Diamond Play Buttons. The series is dubbed in 47 languages, holds a Guinness World Record as the most watched cartoon on YouTube, and consistently ranks in the top5 most in-demand children’s shows worldwide, according to Parrot Analytics.
With this new addition, LG Channels strengthens its leadership in Mexico, where it currently reaches nearly 7 million smart devices connected through its webOS platform.
"Masha and the Bear's large audience will allow us to offer unique, high-quality content for younger audiences. This launch undoubtedly strengthens our mission to democratize entertainment and continue offering accessible content for all," said Daniel Aguilar, Communications Director for LG Electronics Mexico.
This announcement reaffirms the LG Channels platform as a strategic pillar in Mexico, requiring no additional payments or subscriptions, bringing quality entertainment to more Mexican homes.
