Animaccord, the exclusive rightsholder of the globally recognized animated series "Masha and the Bear," has identified the unauthorized launch of the $MASHA token, which constitutes a violation of its intellectual property rights.

Alarmingly, the individuals behind this token have also gained unauthorized access to the official channels of Mashaverse by Animaccord (@animaccord_DTC) and issued misleading and unauthorized announcements, falsely implying affiliation with or endorsement by Animaccord. The name, character likeness, images, and references to the series have been used without Animaccord’s consent, license, or approval.

This unauthorized use not only misappropriates Animaccord’s intellectual property but, more importantly, creates a misleading impression of endorsement by the brand, potentially confusing the public and undermining the trust of our licensees and commercial partners. Given the strong association and interconnection of “Masha and the Bear” with children and families, this is of particular concern.

We are actively taking steps to address this issue. While the matter is under review by the relevant platforms and authorities, we strongly advise all parties to avoid any involvement in the purchase, distribution, or promotion of this token.

We thank our community, partners, and licensees for their continued vigilance and support.
